Possum Creek Bistro takes its name from a special place in Madison County, Arkansas — Possum Creek itself. It's where co-owner Carrie Wright grew up, wading the creek and soaking in everything that makes Northwest Arkansas home. Just up the hill, co-owner Cory Whorton was growing up alongside her, though the two didn't actually cross paths until more than thirty years later.
When they finally met, it didn't take long to realize they made a perfect team. Carrie brings the food and the people — she's a natural social butterfly with a deep, lifelong understanding of NWA and the kind of warmth that makes everyone feel like family. Cory brings the business savvy and tech know-how that keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. Together, they're unstoppable.
Possum Creek Bistro serves up Southern classics with a homemade touch — from Carrie's homestyle meatloaf to smothered pork chops and chicken spaghetti — alongside handcrafted jams, jellies, and freeze-dried goods that capture the flavor of the Ozarks in every jar. The bistro is built on friendship, rooted in Possum Creek, and made for Northwest Arkansas.
